· CATS was born from a vision of the church in Ghorahi, Dang , Southern Mid-west region of Nepal
· Its vision : to bring transformation to society & the nation so that people may live in harmony with God & each other]
· It was registered in 2004
· Its mission
Ø To encourage & strengthen local churches to fulfill its mission
Ø To mobilize community & churches to do good to others & make them involve in development work in the community being an example
Ø To encourage & strengthen the community groups to bring good changes in their communities
· Main objectives
Ø To recognize the present & ongoing problems of the society & to help to deal with those needs
Ø To help meet the interlinked spiritual, physical & social need s of people
Ø To facilitate changes in peoples attitude & moral characters so that they will do good in society
Ø To care people who are not cared for & need to be cared for
Ø To raise , build up & help the helpless people in the society
Ø To encourage other churches to be holistic in their vision & activities

मण्डली र समुदाय परिचालन प्रक्रियाको लागि विभिन्न व्यक्तित्वको प्रयासबाट तयार भएको “संगै संगै” पुस्तक हाम्रो माझमा आइपुगेकोमा धेरै खुशी लागेको छ | यी दिनहरुमा कसरि परमेश्वरले आफ्ना जनहरुलाई/मण्डलीहरुलाई मानिसको/समुदायको आत्मिक, भौतिक एवं सामाजिक खाचाहरुलाई सम्बोधन गर्नु पर्ने बारेमा देखाउदै हुनुहुन्छ | मानिसको/समुदायको; आत्मिक, भौतिक एवं सामाजिक आवश्यकताहरु सम्बोधन नभएसम्म पूर्ण शान्तिको महशुस अन्धुरो हुने भएकोले परमेश्वरले अब मण्डलीहरुलाई परमेश्वरले यी कुरा देखाउदै हुनुहुन्छ | परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले मानिसलाई आत्मिक, भौतिक, सामाजिक प्राणी बनाउनुभयो र यी सबै क्षेत्रको चासो पनि लिनुभएको छ | त्यस्तैगरी प्रभु येशुले पनि त्यही प्रकारले सम्बोधन गर्नुभयो र मण्डली उहाँको शरीर भएको हुनाले त्यही पाइलामा हिड्नु पर्ने हो | समुदायको आवश्यकताहरुलाई सम्बोधन गर्नको लागि मण्डलीहरुलाई दर्शन दिन र मण्डली समुदाय संगै संगै मिलेर समुदायमा कसरी असल परिवर्तन ल्याउन सकिन्छ भन्ने बारेमा यस पुस्तकले ठुलो सहयोग पुरयाउंछ भन्ने मेरो विश्वास छ |

CATS was born from a vision of the church in Ghorahi in the mid-west region of Nepal. It believes that the church should be wholistic, aiming to reach the spiritual, physical and social needs of the people. CATS desires to see a transformed society where people attitude are changed so that they have a heart to love and care for others, help the poor and do good in their communities. CATS vision is “Transformed society where people live in harmony with God, each other and environment where justice, peace and equal respect prevail”. CATS has began its work (1)running TB & leprosy hostel providing accommodation(food and lodge) for the poor patients who are under treatment.(ii) Support for under privileged children for schooling. (iii) Community service eg mobilising youth and churches to clean the rubbish from the roads, Tree plantation, awareness on health and hygiene in the community and schools, income generation programme etc. CATS will continue this programme as it is. CATS see that the local churches are the main agents of bringing transformation in the community. Now it started work with churches to bring maturity and be wholistic in its approach. Build the capacity of the churches so that they will approach the community wholistically. In the day ahead CATS will also focus more in conflict transformation and child development.
